How long do I have to book in advance?

There is no strict time frame for bookings depending on what package you are after and our availability. We would ask if possible if you book at least 2 weeks in advance, but we are fully aware this can be difficult with newborns!

We work around the clock to fit you in, we are available to shoot 7 days a week at all times.

With the larger cake smash packages, we ask if you could book in no sooner than 2-3 weeks prior your preferred photoshoot date.

Is a deposit required?

We take a £50 booking fee for any shoot that is £300 or over, this will be invoiced to you ready for an online bank transfer.

With weddings, we take a 25% deposit to secure your date, which will also be invoiced to you.

How do I pay?

We take cash or card on the day of the photoshoot, or can arrange for you to pay via an online bank transfer or Paypal.

Do you do bespoke packages with bespoke pricing?

We can create bespoke packages for those who are looking for something specific, for any queries about this, please fill out our enquiries or online booking forms, or send us a message on our social media accounts or email us at tunnelvisioncreativestudios@gmail.com.

Do you have parking?

There is plenty of free parking on site.

How long do photos take?

The waiting time for your photos may vary, we usually give a rough estimate of a 2 week turnaround period to which you will receive your digital edited images. This could change due to busy or quiet periods and packages that include prints may take longer.

Our wedding photos and videos will be completed within a 6-8 week period, but it could be sooner! We give this rough estimate as we can be very busy during wedding season. We will provide you with 3 photos within the first week of your wedding, and a teaser snippet of your video within the first 2 weeks.

If you request to have your photos back within the first week for any reason (perhaps its for a birthday gift) then we can get them complete for you with a £50 fast track charge.

How many people am I allowed to bring with me?

You can bring whoever you like to your shoot, we do not have a restriction, however our cosy studio can only accommodate so many! But we have done large shoots of up to 15 people before!

Are there any covid restrictions?

Your safety is paramount, and with handling newborns we make sure we keep covid safe, so we will wear a mask, hand sanitise and wipe down all surfaces between shoots.

You do not have to wear a mask, this is strictly your choice, there are no covid restrictions. But if you have tested positive before coronavirus, we do ask if you can reschedule your shoot.

What should I bring for a newborn shoot?

You do not need to bring anything other than your usual baby stuff to the shoot, we will need to soothe the newborn throughout the day, so ensure you bring everything they need to make them feel at home!

We provide all the props/outfits and set ups, but please feel free to bring your own too!

What should I wear for my shoot?

This can be a new and daunting experience for most first timers! But no need to worry, we will make sure you are super relaxed!

First and foremost, wear what makes you feel comfortable but if you would like some advice, wear matching outfits/colours/patterns as they always make stunning images!

Do you do print packages?

We have a print brochure on our website and physical copies we hand to you after every shoot, they contain the list of all the print services we provide and the prices. See our print brochure page for more details.

Do you have gift vouchers?

We do have gift vouchers at Tunnel Vision, you can use these for any occasion, and any photoshoot. You can put down as much as you like for a photoshoot or towards any packages, or we cam create a bespoke package for you!
